Your Rights, Our Responsibilities

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jd77 ("jd77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jd77 website at https://jd77.ws and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment facilities.

jd77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period shall entitle jd77 to suspend or close the relevant account.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on jd77, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active account on jd77. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, device, or shared IP address are prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.

jd77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval does not constitute a waiver of jd77's right to subsequently verify eligibility and close accounts that are found to be ineligible.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jd77 platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. jd77 does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Deposits & Payments

jd77 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods available to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported institutions. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified on the deposit page for a particular method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your jd77 account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the originating institution.
• jd77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jd77 bears no responsibility.
• jd77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit that triggers fraud detection systems or compliance review procedures.

All transactions on jd77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Currency conversion is not offered. Players depositing via methods that operate in a different currency will have amounts converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which is handled entirely by the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not submitted and had approved their verification documents will have withdrawal requests held pending until verification is complete.

Bonuses & Promotions

jd77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) that must be wagered in eligible games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. • Time limits: Each bonus has a defined validity period, beginning from the date the bonus is credited to the player's account. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been claimed within this period will be removed automatically.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳500, unless a lower limit is specified in the offer terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and who have not been flagged for bonus abuse on any current or prior account.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus at jd77's discretion.

jd77 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in the investigation of suspected fraudulent or criminal activity. Player information may be disclosed to relevant authorities where required by law or where jd77 has a legitimate interest in doing so.

Responsible Gaming

• Technical errors, system outages, data transmission failures, or interruptions in service.
• Errors in game software supplied by third-party providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Changes to the platform's features, game library, or promotional offerings.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit jd77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jd77's operating jurisdiction. jd77 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jd77, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal resolution: The player must first contact jd77 support at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute. jd77 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of the complaint.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the player's satisfaction within 10 business days, the player may escalate the matter in writing to jd77's compliance team via the same email address, referencing the original complaint.
3. Final determination: jd77's compliance team will provide a final written determination within 20 business days of escalation. This determination shall be considered final and binding on both parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Neither party shall commence arbitration or litigation proceedings before the informal resolution procedure described above has been completed in good faith.
